Recently purchased my second hot tub from Zack and his crew and had an exceedingly wonderful experience as I expected.2 years ago I bought my first tub from this location for an income property I have in Tahoe, and to my excitement Zack is still at this location and helped me buy a second tub for another property I just bought on the lake. I called Hot Tub Superstore for a repair in a line in my 6.5 year old hot tub. I had the same great experience. The technician was very communicative, did a great job, and was also a super-nice guy. In fact, he was one of the people that installed the tub 6.5 years ago. Employees don't stay that long unless the owner and business are great. A++ again!!

Hot tub was delivered as we needed it and Zach came by last evening and gave us all the info we needed to run it properly. Great service and very happy with our purchase. My wife has had back issues and has not needed any meds since we started using the hot tub.
